Born in Juba city in 1954, he was citizen of Centre Equatoria State (CES) & member of Bari ethnicity. He enrolled in primary, junior and high school in Juba. He was employed by Juba Town Council (JTC) as tax collector. He survived with five wives (5) and five siblings (5). In 1992, Late Saba Tamania was arrested, detained at the Sudan national security custody, and taken to white house (chamber of tortures & deaths) where he was tortured to death.
