Hero Col. James Peter Duling (known as Abdu-Allah), Wildlife Officer

Was born in Juba city, he was citizen of Centre Equatoria State (CES) & member of Yangwara ethnicity. He academic journey started in Juba, Uganda, Tanzania. He joined Wildlife and earned diploma in Wildlife Sciences and Animal Protection Law and further studies in Tanzania. He was the first cohort of Wildlife Officers graduated from the College of African Wildlife Management (CAWM), Mweka is the leading institution in professional and technical training in Wildlife and Tourism. He was Director of Wildlife and Tourism after BGen. Henry Maniga and was arrested in Torit before his relocation to Juba. He was married and has children currently in Juba.
